Good morning, I have been having trouble with stuttering on my pc for the past 1-2 weeks. I don't recall making any changes besides maybe updating graphics drivers for my gpu before this started. The mouse will lag and stutter/skip with no applications running on the desktop and in the internet browser. When gaming, it does the same, resulting in stuttering and fps drops periodically (like maybe every 15 seconds to a minute).
