how to get rid of "allow this app to make changes"

We are running a Windows 2022 server with 10-15 users that remote into it. We run "QuickBooks" as our business operating system and thats how our employees access it every day. We changed all the users to standard instead of admin but in doing so they now have to allow the app to make changes to their device every time they try to open QuickBooks. I've tried disabling the user access control settings on the admin account but that doesn't change it for all the users apparently, because when I go onto one of their accounts it's still on the default option. when I try to change it on their accoun
