Why can't any MS employee help aid, fix, troubleshoot, or answer any questions around this problem that I and others have had for several years....,

Here is when someone first brought it up it appears, but they closed the discussion after the MS employee gave an answer akin to "we don't know or care, try going and asking someone else". Microsoft, this is your OS, and after spending, in sum, days or weeks of my life in total hours worked troubleshooting this problem, it's like a never-ending maze. It makes me think it's a backdoor for MS to collect all data or some other type of "black project" of what you would see with the government. I would like some answers.
