An unknown "username" is affiliated to my primary email account so I had to use my Gmail - Who is on my primary?

I just had to create an account using a backup email address (gmail) because my primary email address (comcast) said that it was already affiliated with another account. When I received an email code to that comcast email address, it showed an outlook address I couldn't fully see, but isn't anything I'd recognize and I don't have an outlook account. I'm concerned who is using my email to create an account under my primary email name - is there anyone at support who can reach out to me?Kim
