Will non backed up files on Microsoft account be transferred to existing local account after deleting Microsoft account ?

My Microsoft account got logged in as the administrator for my laptop, but none of the files on the laptop were backed up into my account. Now, I would like to delete my Microsoft account and make a non Microsoft account the administrator, would the non backed up files still exist after deleting my Microsoft account ? or will it be transferred to the new local account?
