My laptop randomly shut off and when I tried to login back in, I was faced with the “We can’t sign into your account” error and a temporary profile. When I tried to restart it and login several times, it still did not work and I kept trying to sign in and after a few attempts, it just wouldn’t let me login again. So then I tried going into safe mode as the online guides suggest, I tried the shift + restart trick. Didn’t work. Then I did the force restart trick, it first asked for my bitlock recovery key, I put it in, then I entered safe mode from advanced start up (f5). And tried to enter saf
