My Soundcore Liberty 4 NC Stereo won't connect to my laptop but hands-free AG audio does.

When I connect my ear buds to my laptop only the hands-free AG audio connects, the stereo does not connect and is shown as greyed out and disconnected in the sound control panel. I have tried everything I can find but no one seems to have the same problem. I have an Acer Aspire 5 laptop with windows 10.
