HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS ONE DRIVE GARBAGE

I cannot seem to change ANY Of my important file locations to my hard drive I am being FORCED to store my property with MS. It will not allow me to change it, meaning to get to my files I have to jump through a bunch of hoops... this is VERY annoying... Microsoft.
