My Laptop's indicator LED light shows an error code " 3 Red & 5 Blue". What's the meaning of that?

My Dell Laptop with Windows 10 is not turning on. I am using my laptop with another screen connect through VGA port because the screen of the laptop is damaged. So I can't see what's actually going there.It's indicator LED light shows an error code " 3 Red & 5 Blue". It's the only wayI can find the error. Can you tell me what is the meaning of that error code?
