My Keyboard's shortcuts stopped working since the Windows 11 23H2 update

Everything was fine with Windows 11 until the 23H2 update, Since the update, all of my keyboard shortcuts like emoji shortcut (windows key+.) or windows key+R everything stopped working. not only that my keyboard had extra additional shortcut buttons like calculator button, email button, those also stopped working. how do I fix this issue or go back to the old version?
