Onedrive, why a folder is visible on the web and not visible inside the Explorer

I have a colleague that can see a folder and files in her onedrive web client, but that folder and files never sync in the onedrive app client.The onedrive client app just show the father folder as empty.I do not know what else I could try, so far I attempted:computer disjoin from onedrive.User Profile Reset.Another computer with windows 11 enterprise.Another computer with windows 10 enterprise.Problem is persistent.The folder originates from a microsoft teams collaboration group share and all the other colleagues can see it and use it regularly.thank you in advance for suggestions.
