Are Microsoft accepting Laptop trade-ins in the UK?

I'm currently looking to trade-in my Surface Laptop 3 but when I look at Microsoft's UK trade-in website, there's no option for laptops - only phones, tablets and consoles. I found the US version of the trade-in website and it looks like that one is accepting laptops. Is this just a temporary thing or can you not trade-in laptops through Microsoft in the UK?
