My USB Hecate headset G4TE, when connected to the computer, lights up the LEDs but is not recognized by Windows 10. For instance, when I open the Device Manager, the device does not appear in the list. Additionally, when I go to Device Settings, the headset is also not shown. I tried installing the driver manually, but the installer says it does not recognize the connected headset and I got "Please, turn on the EDIFIER_Gaming Center.". I have tested it on different USB ports and on other computers, but the issue persists.
