Missing App purchased through the Store

I purchased an app via the Microsoft Store in 2022. I can see it in my "Order History" when I login to my account via a web browser. However, this app does not show up in the Store app and I cannot download it to install it on my PC.How can I make the library "see" my previous purchase?
