Keyboard Brightness Key not working

This morning, I noticed that when I clicked on the button to increase the brightness on my laptop. Instead of the brightness going up, it goes down). The decrease brightness button is working as normal. This problem just started happening this morning. I've had no issues with the keyboard other than this.
