Hello so i factory reset my pc every few months but this time when i was setting up my pc after a reset i noticed it wouldnt let me sign in from the setup area so i had to sign in using settings after the setup. After i did that i was using my pc normally for a few days but today i noticed it says i didnt activate my license. I dont see the watermark on the screen telling me to activate windows so that was weird. I tried activating but it says that they detected a hardware change so i tried to add it again but it says that it’s invalid or something. So i reseted again but now it says no licens
