Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable [both (64x) & (86x)] stating setup failed

Hi, I have been trying to update the Visual C++ for a few days now and it refuses to update stating that one or more issues caused the setup to fail. I have went into the program files to uninstall the old one but it still refuses to add the updated ones.My computer is the Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-14700F and I am running Windows 11
