Hi there, i got bluescreen with "video_dxgkrnl_fatal_error" message

Hi there, I’m having trouble with my PC. When I start a game, it crashes within a few minutes, and a message pops up saying, "There is a problem with your graphics card. Please ensure that your card meets the minimum system requirements and you have the latest drivers installed." I looked up the message on Google and discovered that my graphics card software wasn’t updated, so I updated it from the NVIDIA website. After the update, I tried to play the game again, but it still crashed. Now I get a blue screen with the error message "video_dxgkrnl_fatal_error." Can you help me fix this? Thank
