Hi! We have a weird RDP licensing issue that is affecting a certain batch of users (4 employees). The users in question all started at the same time. Because of this, I migrated the RDS Licensing server CALS to a different server and it seems to fix succeeding RDP sessions for newer users. However, it still does not resolve the 4 affected users. I had one of the users login to my PC's RDP sessions, and she gets the same error. So, I am leaning towards corrupt user profile. But before I try deleting/recreating them, is there somewhere else I can look at?
