recently i had a power outage. my system was running mostly fine (except a recent occasional lag). today, after the outage, i reset the system, and windows would not start. i noticed recently i had seen some kind of error (BSOD), but it was restarting fine. however, today, i also did a network reset after the power outage as the ISP had asked me to check the connection and my system was not connecting, but was prior to restarting the modem (following the outage).my system has been stuck at boot and unable to repair startup. i have created an installation media. however, it says i cannot do an
