No drivers for internal microphone.

I used my windows cleaner tool and it updated some drivers, and one of them was my microphone. Now, in device manager it has an error sign next to it and it is called "Digital Microphone Device" under the "Other Devices" tab. In properties it says, "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28). There are no compatible drivers for this device. To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver." If I click "Update Driver" it says that there are no drivers. What do I do now?I also cant roll back the driver.(i cant send a screenshot for some reason).
