[SOLVED] Digital Audio Interface Device Keeps Installing and Uninstalling Causing Stutters. How Can I Fix This?

Noticing major stutters on the desktop and in applications, I found the culprit to be a sound device under the Recording tab of Sound Settings. The device's name is Digital Audio Interface. The device will disappear and reappear continuously, even after restart. It may be a corrupt registry. I have tried disabling and uninstalling through the sound settings list and the device manager.
