I am trying to install an application from the Ms store but it is giving an error

Hi so I tried to download applications but my MS store shows it needs an upgrade so once I click the upgrade button it shows an error code: 0x800704C6 and says my internet is not connected I checked my internet it is working fine I am not able to get a solution for this I tried to reset the app from the settings but not working and I even upgraded the windows software even after that it is giving the same error.Can I get a solution for thisThank you
