I've went through the same update like 10 times and it always gets up to 99 or 100% (being stuck at 40% for a long time) but then says, "We couldn't complete the updates, undoing changes." then I have to wait another 20 minutes then it finally boots but the update is back to zero and I have to do it again. I chose to pause it but after it started to lag my entire Windows experience. I've tried a lot of things, like sfc /scannow and others. How do I fix this issue and finally update?
