Issue started when i bought a Dell laptop from marketplace and it didnt had Windows Activated. I thought that was a big issue and tried to reset the laptop to see if that would help but screen stayed at 43% loading for about an hour. Wasnt able to take off the battery so i had to press the power bottom. After turning on the laptop it says “Preparing Automatic Repair” then says “Automatic Repair” “Your PC did not start correctly” tried to restart and nothing. After getting back to that screen I pressed Advanced Options and seeing “Choose an option” have tried with Continue and selecting between
