Bitlocker is coming up way too often. How to disable it?

My bitlocker is coming up on my computer multiple times a day every day. I am running on windows 11. I have tried going into settings, control panel, file explorer, command prompt, and powershell to try to turn it off and the options that I see online (such as toggles or ability to decrypt the data) simply don't exist on my computer. I would like to completely remove or disable bitdefender at this point as it is a huge hassle to lookup and type in my 30+ digit code every time I want to use my computer. Any help would be appreciated.
