I'm using • Windows 11, v23H2, x64Bit Edition.I, am getting Annoyed by the Popup Balloons 🎈 when You Hover over OPENED Programs on the Taskbar.Is there a way to STOP & REMOVE them Permanently.? or to Shorten the Time they Stay on the Screen.?I, would prefer to STOP them altogether.Please, Advise, & Thankyou in Advance.
