I have an NVIDIA RTX 4080, 32GB of RAM, i9 14900K yet I can't run most games because it keeps saying "out of video memory" please help.

I've been having this issue for a couple months now, keep trying to run games like sea of thieves and it will not open. Every time I try to launch it, it just spams the same notification saying "out of video memory". This issue is making everything unplayable and I desperately need assistance with fixing it.
