Dual Monitor issue

Hello, I have 2 monitors that used to work perfectly fine. My second monitor no longer shows up in the device manager. I have since re-installed the video card software with drivers (6650XT), re-installed windows 10 from scratch, and verified that the monitor and the cable running from the video card are good. (hooked up to Xbox). Ive even uninstalled and re-installed the drivers.This is getting super annoying, any ideas?
