My computer wont complete the sign in. I put in my password and then the circle goes round and round and it never gets to my desktop.

I am running Windows 11. My computer shut down normally. When I started it up, it at first said it could not access user accounts. I restarted and my main and secondary account came up. I never use the secondary account, I don't even remember setting it up. When I put in my password on my main account, I push enter and the circle just keeps going round and round and it never goes to my desktop. I can sign into my secondary account, but none of my apps or the whole way I work is there. Help!
