Why does my computer say it's offline even though it's not?

I checked the internet and it's completely fine. I even changed the cable connected from the router. It's not also accepting the password I used last time. Even the current Microsoft password is not working. I tried going into safe mode but it also said that the password is incorrect. I tried to log in using all the passwords I used before. I need to fix this problem because I need this computer for my classes.
