bsod on laptop even after clean install of windows

i already tried:wmic disk drive get status (hdd ok)chkdsk f r x (hdd ok)windows memory diagnostic (ram ok)restoring bios changes to defaultthere is nothing on the hdd of my previous windows and the stop code is always: driver irql_not_less_or_equalso taking opening my laptop out of the question what can i do?
