Windows update installaing random KB articles even though windows update service is in manual mode. How to know why it was installed?

1. Does LCU install all security and other updates until that date. If LCU installs all the updates, then why are there other updates present present. I installed LCU KB article - KB5036896 but other KB articles(KB4589208, KB4535680, KB5000859, ETC) are present from year 2020, 2021, etc. 2. How to find out which application installed a specific KB article (whether it was windows defender or windows update)3.
