"Driver Power State Failure" causes my pc to restard again and again

Hello, after approximatively 5 min after i start my pc (win10), it goes on BSOD with the error code : Driver Power State Failure. I build my pc approximatively last year, and got those blue screen today (i'm at the 4th right now). I also have in the same time when I open my task manager a problem with the wmi provider host which consume high cpu and power supply. Could someone help please?Thanks
