Unable to unpin MSI Center Pro app from taskbar

I tried deleting the xml files from;C:\Users\Default\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\ShellC:\Users\my-user-name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Shellbut still on reboot, the app gets pinned somehow!
