Hello, so I have had a school email for Miami dade for a long time now and I'm currently in high school sophmore year and when school started everything I had over the years has just been wiped. All my onedrive files, all my emails, my word documents, my powerpoint presentations, all the photos and videos I had with my friends since elementary, every memory I had since childhood, and every thing that I had over these years are just gone and I don't understand why all my stuff has just been wiped and I really want them back.
