Hi Support,We have a productive RDS environment where our users are connected using Terminal Service (rdp client). Before April 2024, we had 1 WS2019 with installed roles RDS license Manager and RDS broker, and 3 RDS Hosts running under WS2016. We had purchased 50 RDS CAL for WS2019 and 20 more for WS2022 (both per device use). On RDS License manager, we had got the "License Key pack ID" for WS2016 per device for 70 license in total, creating a ticket to Support Microsoft to get the key to enable those licenses.In April 2024, we decided to upgrade our 3 RDS Hosts from ws2016 to ws2019 and we d
