I click but it beeps??

I’ve just downloaded a game called poppy playtime on my computer and it was very laggy I tried too sort the fps but that did nothing and trying too fix it has made a problem, the game crashed and it forced me out of the app then I go too refresh/update my computer but it won’t let me click on anything and whenever I do click the mouse my computer makes a beeping sound and the mouse is also strangely fuzzy?? What do I do and how do I fix it??
