How can I disable the "Help from the web" section in the windows settings pane.

For example, if you go to your Display settings, at the top right there is a section :"Help from the webConnecting to a projector or PC..."Firstly, is there anyway to disable this feature? Similar to how searching the web in windows search can be disabled through RegEdit.If not, how can I change the default browser from opening those links as the default is Microsoft Edge.My default app for Web Browser is currently set to Google Chrome
