Phone Link partially connected, can stream phone screen, but cannot access phone's contents directly.

I've been trying on and off for about a year to get Phone Link on my S22 to work with my HP Victus laptop, but absolutely nothing works.None of the steps on Phone Link's troubleshooting page work, even then, my situation seems to be unique.My phone and laptop are partially connected. I receive notifications from my phone on my laptop, I can stream my phone's screen, and I can even view my recent calls log (with their accompanying contact photos that have never left my phone)HOWEVER, I cannot directly access my SMS, Photos, or MAKE calls from my laptop.
