Updated Windows Email Sign In Address

I changed my Microsoft account name because I no longer have the email provider. Now, every time that I turn on the computer, I need to correct the email address and enter the password. How can I permanently change the email address for sign on? I've already deleted the old email and updated the account to the new one? This applies to a Windows 10 computer and Windows 11 one.
