Helloi use a Lincon dual screen intel celeron computer(strictly touch screen) that runs on a windows 10 for my point of sale/ecommerce software in my store, recently i noticed that the ecommerce application was not working properly and i uninstalled and reinstalled it but still to no avail so i decided to reset the pc, the process went well and took about two hours. it re-installed windows sucessfully but only for it to start up and it wasnt touching no more,i tried to connect a keyboard and a mouse to it and it wasnt working(all its ports), right now i cant move from the spot where it says ba
