Uninstalled a driver with error code 10 and now it won't reinstall

My laptop (Asus M16 GU603) wouldn't connect to wifi and I narrowed it down to the Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Virtual Adapter #2 throwing an error code 10. I uninstalled it to scan for hardware changes and reinstall but everytime I scan or restart my laptop it doesn't pop up. I can't download it online because my laptop doesn't have Internet access. What should I do?
