Windows 11, have system requirements, still not installing

I built a computer a while back. I9-9900 CPU, 3090 GPU, 32gb Ram, etc etc.I wiped my computer and was installing fresh. Got a windows 11 flash drive and a new key.I boot to the flash drive, and input the license key. Click install.It tells me my system doesn’t meet the requirements. I enabled Safe mode, UEFI mode, and TMP.Still nothing. Any clue what’s going on?*added: windows 11 was previously installed on this computer.
