For starters I know basically nothing about computers/laptops. I have no idea what version of windows I am running but I think this is an "envy" laptop, at least that is what it says on it. It has never done this before, but now every time my laptop goes to sleep, I have to re-enter my 30 digit bitlocker recovery code. I do not understand why this is happening now after years of use or why it is happening at all. It is not a super-pain to access that code and type it in, but it is certainly an annoyance and one I want to be fixed. Thanks.
