How do I get by the bitlocker recovery key if I dont have access to the microsoft account associated with my computer?

HELPHello, I recently got locked out of my computer through the bitlocker recovery. Though, I no longer have access to the microsoft account connected to my computer because it is a work email from a job I no longer work at. I have extremely important documents on my computer that I cannot afford to lose. Please let me know if anyone had a solution that does bot include resetting my computer. Thank you
