my cmd is not working "this app can't run on your pc", to find your for your pc, find the software publisher. what can i do to resolve it?

Hi,I'm trying to run a command in Command Prompt, but I keep getting the error message: "This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher." I'm not sure what's causing this issue.Details about my system:OS: [Windows 11 64-bit]
