C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Downloads is unavailable. How do I fix this

My PC was in a loop of blue screens till I repaired that but when I got back to desktop my whole desktop was clear. I tried to open file explorer but couldn't though I fixed that problem I have this one now. I'm confused.
