this is a big problem for many already and unfortunately, i am one of those many. i was able to start downloading it but had to redo it because i needed to move my router. when i tried again, it keeps saying "We are unable to complete your request at this time. Some users, entities and locations are banned from using this service. For this reason, leveraging anonymous or location hiding technologies when connecting to this service is not generally allowed.
