My usb connected devices (2) will not play movies properly. The first device is a HP dvd-cd drive that does not play dvds. All that is displayed is confetti and garbled sound. The second device is a Matshita bd-dvd-cd drive that will play bd discs but the sound is also garbled. It will also not play a dvd, again with the same results as the HP drive. I have tried several disc programs from “Any Dvd” to “Leawo Dvd/BD” players. All are supposedly for use with any of the movie discs we have.
